Slated Returns Policy

You have 14 days to report a faulty delivery.
i.e. your slate was not what you ordered or your slate was broken during delivery.
In the unusual circumstance where your slate was broken during delivery, please send us photographs of the damage and we will send you a replacement.
Bespoke slates cannot be returned for refund as they are one off pieces and cannot be resold. If bespoke slates are broken in transit, we would be delighted to replace them for you.
If the slate delivered to you is not what you ordered, please return your slate IN PERFECT RESALABLE CONDITION and we will be delighted to exchange it for the slate you wanted.
You also have 14 days to return unwanted slates IN PERFECT RESALABLE CONDITION from the date your slate was delivered, and a full refund will be given.
Slated cannot refund postage for returned slates. Postage for returns is paid by the customer.
